New drug targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called INV-8989 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 178 adults with cancers like pancreatic, lung, or colorectal cancer will take part. The study is not yet recruiting.
