New hope for Hard-to-Treat breast cancer: first human trial launches

Summary

This study tests a new drug called INV-6452 in people with advanced breast cancer or other solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 201 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
