Eye drop trial aims to halt diabetic vision damage

NCT ID NCT06599684

Summary

This study tested whether a new eye drop called INV-102 could help control diabetic retinopathy, a common cause of vision loss. It involved 19 adults with diabetes who had swelling in the back of the eye. Researchers gave participants the eye drops for 8-12 weeks to see if it reduced the severity of their eye disease and swelling.
