Nasal spray may stop Epidural-Related fever in laboring moms

Summary

This study tests whether a nasal spray given before epidural pain relief can prevent fever during labor. About 446 women will be randomly assigned to receive either the spray or a placebo. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive approach reduces fever and improves safety for both mother and baby.
