Summary
This study looks at how a temporary stomach balloon affects weight, liver health, and quality of life in 200 people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and obesity. Participants will be followed for at least one year after the balloon is placed. The goal is to see if the balloon helps improve liver function and reduce fat in the liver.
