First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether using a tiny camera inside the pancreas during surgery can find hidden tumor spots that might otherwise be missed. About 100 people with a precancerous pancreas condition called IPMN will have the camera procedure during their planned surgery. The goal is to see if this extra step helps surgeons remove all disease and to gather information for a future larger study.
