NCT ID NCT07302854

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a clot-dissolving drug directly into the brain's arteries can help people recover better after a stroke caused by a medium-sized vessel blockage. About 382 adults who have had a stroke within the last 24 hours will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or standard care. The goal is to see if this targeted approach improves function and quality of life without increasing risks.
