First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested whether an interactive website could help people who had melanoma (a serious skin cancer) do better at protecting their skin from the sun and checking their own skin for new or changing spots. About 485 adults with early-stage melanoma took part. The goal was to see if an online program could encourage healthier habits like using sunscreen and doing thorough skin self-exams.
