First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study compares two internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy programs for people with generalized anxiety disorder. About 400 adults will receive one of two 10-week online treatments targeting either intolerance of uncertainty or unhelpful beliefs about worry. Researchers want to see which approach reduces anxiety more and whether the treatments work through the mechanisms they target.
