Summary

This study tests three online programs to see which best reduces drinking in people with risky alcohol use who aren't seeking help. About 3,500 adults in Denmark will be assigned to a brief online check, self-guided therapy, or therapist-guided therapy. The goal is to prevent alcohol problems from getting worse and to personalize prevention using computer models.
