This study is building a large collection of biological samples and health information from up to 50,000 people, including both patients with various conditions and healthy volunteers. The goal is to help researchers better understand how diseases begin, change over time, and respond to treatments. Participants provide samples and data during regular healthcare visits, with no direct treatment involved.
