First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests two types of brief, low-oxygen breathing treatments in 18 adults with recent spinal cord injury (2 weeks to 6 months after injury). The goal is to see which treatment better improves breathing strength and cough function. Researchers will also look at genetic differences that might explain why some people respond better than others.
