Summary
This study tested two popular diets—intermittent fasting (eating only during an 8-hour window) and the Mediterranean diet (balanced meals and snacks)—in 120 adults with obesity. Both groups cut 500 calories per day. After 4 weeks, researchers measured weight and body mass index changes. The goal was to see which approach works better for managing obesity.
