2000 patients join hunt for early warning signs of kidney failure

Summary

This study follows 2000 people with IgA nephropathy who still have good kidney function. Researchers will test blood and urine samples to find markers that might predict if kidney disease will get worse over time. No new treatments are being tested—the goal is to better understand the disease and improve future care.
