Can a High-Tech screen speed up stroke recovery?

NCT ID NCT07475611

First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an interactive screen (MYRO) to standard therapy helps people who had a stroke and struggle with neglect—a condition where they ignore one side of space. About 30 adults with left-sided neglect after a recent stroke will be split into two groups: one gets usual therapy, the other gets usual therapy plus MYRO sessions for four weeks. Researchers will check if the screen group shows better attention and daily function at the end of treatment and six weeks later.
