Summary

This study tests whether an intensive two-year weight loss program works better than standard care for adults with obesity. The intensive program includes meal replacements, behavior coaching, and weight-loss medications, while standard care follows local health service guidelines. Researchers will measure weight changes, quality of life, and health improvements in 480 participants.
