Sensory camp aims to boost hand skills in kids with cerebral palsy
NCT ID NCT07487857
First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether an 8-day camp that combines touch, movement, and balance exercises can improve hand function and daily activities in children with unilateral cerebral palsy better than movement training alone. About 26 children aged 5 to 15 will be randomly assigned to either the sensory-motor camp or a motor-only camp. Researchers will measure hand use, strength, and participation before, right after, and at 2 and 3 months after the camp.
