First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether keeping blood pressure very low (below 120 mmHg) after a stroke procedure improves recovery compared to standard care (140-180 mmHg). It involves 910 adults who had a stroke due to a blocked artery and received a clot-removal treatment. The goal is to see if intensive blood pressure control reduces disability and death.
