First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a more intensive medication plan early on helps people with schizophrenia who did not get better with their first treatment. About 418 adults will receive either the intensified treatment or usual care for six weeks. The goal is to see if this approach reduces symptoms and prevents future hospital stays.
