Summary
This study tests whether giving extra chemotherapy before surgery can help prevent the spread of a rare cancer called soft-tissue sarcoma. It involves 351 adults with high-risk, removable tumors. Researchers compare standard treatment (3 chemo cycles before surgery) to an intensified plan (6 chemo cycles before surgery) to see which better delays cancer spread.
