Summary
This study tests whether intensive dietary counseling from a dietitian can help women with gestational diabetes control their blood sugar without needing insulin. About 214 women will be randomly assigned to either intensive nutrition support or standard care. The goal is to see if better diet guidance reduces the need for insulin therapy during pregnancy.
