Summary
This study aims to find which combination of talk therapy and mind-body practices works best to improve daily functioning for Veterans with PTSD. 300 participants will be randomly assigned to different integrated care approaches for 12 weeks, with follow-up assessments over 24 weeks. The research focuses on practical improvements in work, relationships, and daily activities rather than just symptom reduction.
