Summary
This study tested a new insulin (NKF-INS(A)) to see if it works the same as two already-approved insulins (US-NovoLog and EU-NovoRapid). Fifty-four healthy men received a single dose of each insulin in a random order, and researchers measured how the body absorbed and responded to them using a glucose clamp technique. The goal was to show the new insulin is similar to the approved ones, not to treat any disease.
