This study tests an experimental drug called CIR-0602K in 40 adults with type 1 diabetes who already use an automated insulin pump. The goal is to see if the drug helps keep blood sugar in a healthy range longer and reduces the amount of insulin needed each day. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor blood sugar levels, insulin use, and heart health markers over the study period.
