First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new insulin called NNC0363-1063 in 36 adults with type 1 diabetes. Researchers want to see how this insulin interacts with a non-glucose carbohydrate found in foods and drinks, and whether taking them together is safe. Participants will receive the insulin and different amounts of the carbohydrate in random order over 4 sessions, and the study lasts about 5 to 12 weeks.
