First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking insulin glargine twice a day instead of once a day can help pregnant women with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar better. About 200 pregnant women between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. Their blood sugar will be tracked using a continuous glucose monitor to see which dosing schedule works best.
