Summary

This study watches how well the cholesterol-lowering drug inclisiran (Leqvio®) works in everyday medical practice in Spain. It includes 200 adults with heart disease or an inherited form of high cholesterol. The main goal is to see how many patients reach their target LDL cholesterol levels after 12 months of treatment.
