Summary

This study tests whether inspiratory (breathing) exercises can increase the thickness of the diaphragm and intercostal muscles in people who have had a stroke. Thirty-five participants will do breathing exercises for 4 weeks, with muscle thickness measured by ultrasound at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and again at 8 weeks. The goal is to see if these exercises improve muscle strength and balance.
