Summary
This study tested a personalized brain stimulation technique for 20 adults with insomnia. Participants received model-driven transcranial electrical stimulation over 10 days. The goal was to see if it could improve sleep and reduce insomnia symptoms, with follow-ups at 3 and 6 weeks.
