Summary

This study tests a psychological program designed to improve sleep quality in female university students aged 18 to 25 who have insomnia. The goal is to see if better sleep helps their thinking skills (like focus and planning) and boosts their academic performance. About 35 participants will take part in the program and report their sleep and grades.
