Summary
This study tests whether a sleep drug (lemborexant) can lower levels of brain-damage-related proteins in the blood of adults with insomnia. Twenty participants aged 40–65 will take the drug or a placebo for two weeks each. The goal is to see if improving sleep can reduce markers linked to diseases like Alzheimer's.
