Summary
This study looks at whether a daily supplement containing inositols and alpha-lactalbumin can help people with metabolic syndrome who are at risk for heart scarring. About 30 adults will take the supplement to see if it improves blood sugar, blood fats, and blood pressure. The goal is to find a simple way to lower the chances of heart damage.
