Summary

This study looked at whether myo-inositol or d-chiro-inositol is better at reducing insulin resistance in women with PCOS who are having trouble getting pregnant. 80 women took one of the two supplements daily for 3 months. The goal was to see if one works as well as the other in improving insulin levels and overall health.
