First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study will examine 250 adults with chest pain but no major blockages in their heart arteries (a condition called INOCA). Researchers will collect cells from the heart's blood vessels during a standard angiogram and track symptoms, activity, and function over one year using questionnaires and a Fitbit. The goal is to understand how blood vessel inflammation relates to chest pain and daily life.
