Summary
This is a detailed report on a single person's rehabilitation program after a stroke. Over six weeks, the participant will receive a combination of balance training, ultrasound therapy, and special glove-assisted hand exercises. The goal is to see if this mix of techniques can improve movement, reduce stiffness, and help with daily tasks.
