Summary
This study looked at 300 Taiwanese teen baseball players to see if giving them personalized care based on their injury risk could prevent throwing arm injuries better than standard care. Players were split into two groups: one got usual care, the other got a tailored plan. The goal was to reduce injuries and improve quality of life over a year.
