Summary
This study is testing if adding a patient's own processed blood (I-PRF) to a standard bone graft material works better for regrowing bone lost to severe gum disease. It compares the combined treatment against using the bone graft material alone. The goal is to see which method leads to better bone fill and gum health six months after surgery.
