This study looked at the safest way to start two common heart failure drugs (ARNi and SGLT2i) in 62 adults with a weak heart pump. Some patients started both drugs at the same time, while others started one drug first and added the second later. The goal was to see which approach caused fewer side effects like low blood pressure, kidney problems, or hospital visits.
