NCT ID NCT05989503
First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at 62 adults with heart failure and reduced pumping ability. Researchers compared starting two medications (sacubitril/valsartan and an SGLT2 inhibitor) at the same time versus starting one drug first and adding the other later. The goal was to see which approach is safer over 6 months by tracking side effects like low blood pressure, kidney problems, and hospital visits.
