Summary

This study tests a new training tool called 'Golden Rhino' that helps elderly COPD patients use their inhalers correctly. The device uses sounds and a weighted valve to guide proper breathing. Researchers will compare standard teaching versus device-assisted training in 82 patients aged 65 and older, measuring inhaler accuracy, shortness of breath, and quality of life over 4 weeks.
