Summary
This study aimed to compare how two different powder formulations of the drug treprostinil are absorbed into the body when inhaled. It involved 42 healthy volunteers who each tried different strengths of the two inhaler versions. The main goal was to measure drug levels in the blood to see if one formulation worked better than the other.
