Rubbing alcohol scent tested as quick fix for migraine nausea
NCT ID NCT05175521
Summary
This study tests whether inhaling isopropyl alcohol vapors (like rubbing alcohol scent) works better than a eucalyptus scent at reducing nausea during migraine attacks. Researchers are comparing the two approaches in 50 adults who regularly experience migraines with nausea. The goal is to see if one method provides faster or better relief without needing additional anti-nausea medications.
