Could a simple inhaled drug save cancer patients from deadly lung bleeding?

Summary
This study tests whether inhaling a drug called tranexamic acid can help cancer patients who have severe lung bleeding and are on a breathing machine. The goal is to see if it lowers the chance of death within 28 days compared to standard care. About 60 adults with blood cancers and lung bleeding will take part.
