New inhaled treatment tested for serious lung pressure disease

NCT ID NCT04691154

Summary

This study is testing the safety and side effects of an inhaled medication called L606 for adults with pulmonary hypertension, a serious condition where blood pressure is too high in the lungs. The trial follows 28 patients for up to a year to see how well they tolerate switching to or starting this twice-daily inhaled treatment. Researchers want to understand both short-term and long-term safety for people with two types of this condition.
