Summary

This study tests an inhaled drug called AGMB-447 in healthy volunteers and people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a disease that scars the lungs. The main goal is to check safety and how the body processes the drug. 143 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo via a nebulizer.
