Light hat offers new hope for untreatable seizures

Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether wearing a special hat that emits infrared light can help reduce seizures in adults with drug-resistant epilepsy. All 13 participants will try the daily light therapy to see if it's safe, tolerable, and might decrease seizure frequency. The treatment has shown promise in animal studies but hasn't been tested in humans for epilepsy before.
