Summary

This study looks at whether giving children with Crohn's disease a combination of two drugs (infliximab and azathioprine) works better than infliximab alone. About 154 children with moderate to severe Crohn's will take part. The goal is to see which approach leads to higher remission rates and fewer side effects over 54 weeks.
