Summary

This study aims to collect information and samples from people with inflammatory muscle diseases to better understand what causes these conditions and how they progress. Researchers will enroll 500 participants aged 12 and older who have suspected or confirmed inflammatory muscle disease, plus healthy volunteers for comparison. The study involves clinic visits with physical exams, blood tests, MRI scans, and optional tissue samples to build a comprehensive picture of these diseases.
