First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether certain signs of inflammation in the blood can predict how well dental numbing works and how much pain people feel after treatment. About 150 adults with tooth pain will have their blood tested and their anesthesia success measured. The goal is to help dentists better manage pain by understanding the role of inflammation.
