Summary
This study looks at whether two common blood thinners, aspirin and clopidogrel, can lower certain signs of inflammation in people with silent atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries without symptoms). Researchers will measure how these drugs affect clusters of blood cells that are linked to worsening heart disease. The goal is to understand if these medications can help control inflammation, not to cure the condition.
